Fixes the evaluation warnings emitted while evaluating most checks:

stdenv.isLinux is deprecated, use stdenv.hostPlatform.isLinux instead
stdenv.isDarwin is deprecated, use stdenv.hostPlatform.isDarwin instead
stdenv.isAarch64 is deprecated, use stdenv.hostPlatform.isAarch64 instead

Mechanical rewrite of all 14 in-repo usages (stdenv.isLinux / isDarwin / isAarch64 and stdenvNoCC.isDarwin) to their hostPlatform equivalents. Verified by evaluating the affected check derivations on all three systems.

One warning remains on checks.*-linux.all-packages: it originates in the disko flake input (package.nix uses stdenv.isDarwin) and needs an upstream fix.
