brianmcgee ea2aa34084 nixos: bootstrap nimbus correctly ...

Add an ExecStartPre, gated on the data directory not existing yet and the
presence of a checkpoint sync url, to execute `trustedNodeSync` to
bootstrap the instance with the latest finalized checkpoint reported by
the sync url.
