grep -q exits as soon as it matches, closing the read end of the pipe.
Rust's println! panics on EPIPE (exit 101). Fix query.rs to ignore
BrokenPipe errors on stdout. Fix vm-test to redirect to a file before
grepping so the binary can finish cleanly.
