What is the purpose of clan modules
What is the difference between a clan module and a nixos module?
What are our guarantees that we want to achieve:
- backups?
- user management?
Allowed types under clan.

Meta/CI questions:

should we implement any CI checks?
- json serializable interface for all clan. options
- module declares dependencies on all other modules it needs (check to eval nixos machine)
- do backups actually work?
